Hi Nyero. I love these photos - keep it up. I've never seen sorghum in full head before - pretty impressive. Hey, but I don't think those first two photos are chestnut. It looks like a legume to me . . . . .
Thanks! Yeah, the sorghum seeds are ground into flour and either eaten as porridge or sorghum posho :-)!! But mostly used as porridge during the breakfast, then during lunch or dinner as posho :-D!! Thanks for asking!!
